  11. Miscellaneous supplies for Hospitality and cleaning at clubhouse
  12. General maintenance of roofs, gutters, brick/mortar, exterior paint/siding, Common Areas, etc.
  13. Emergencies such as: broken trees, slab leaks, crawl space leaks, water line leaks between the City Meters and interior of home, leaks between the gas meter and the interior of the home
