The Board has devised the current system for handling all repairs and problems to your individual unit and the common areas at Copperchase. It should save time and make better use of your dues. We are asking everyone to follow the procedures outlined herein.
REPAIRS: Please email or text maintenance@copperchaseokc.net to request service involving repairs to your specific unit. Include your name, unit number, and phone number, along with a brief description of the problem. You will be contacted and the request acted upon as soon as possible. Be sure to check your email for a response.
PROBLEMS: Please email or text maintenance@copperchaseokc.net to report problems such as streetlights being out, sprinkler system leaks, broken tree limbs, mailbox key replacement, pool key requests, etc. This will help solve the problem more quickly than contacting an individual Board Member.
maintenance@copperchaseokc.net will also take your request for a meeting with Architectural Control if you are wanting to do something to your home that requires approval. Please include detail plans of your request change.
