Annual/Quarterly meeting Sunday December 7th 2025 at 6:30 pm at the clubhouse.
Reminders on HOA rules and regulations.
- If any repairs to your condo which could be considered HOA responsibility you must contact Copperchase Maintenance. If it is an emergency, email maintenance@copperchaseokc.net. The HOA will not be responsible for any costs on work started without HOA approval.
- Any changes to your condo: for example: fencing on patios, expansion of fenced area, or any exterior changes must be submitted to the HOA Architectural Committee.
- f your mortgage has been sold to another company or if you have changed mortgage company. Please send the mortgage company’s name & mailing address to the HOA. We need this information as it’s in the controlling documents.
NO ASSESSMENTS FOR ANY OF THIS!
Painting of hail damaged surfaces has been completed. Additional painting projects will be considered in the future. All our roofs have been replaced. All gutters have all been cleaned for the first time in a very long time. Repairs to hail damaged gutters assessed by the gutter company have been done.
Payment of Dues
If dues are not up to date you are ineligible to vote. If your dues are in the arrears you need to bring them up to date to be eligible to vote.
Please check your front doors for packets of documents that were put there last weekend. These are needed by the HOA to have on file.
We plan on having a brief payHOA demonstration of the voting module at this meeting on December 7th.
PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO FREEZE ALERT SIGNAGE IN COPPERCHASE.
By running warm water through your faucets during freeze warnings and opening cabinets doors including your laundry area will help deter frozen pipes. Also, be sure to have covers for your exterior faucets and detach all your hoses from faucets.
