Copperchase Maintenance/Questions/Concerns
Thank you all for using the TEXTING line and the CC email to contact the Board and our Committee Chairs. Please do not contact Branden directly for things that you need to have done. This includes things that are under the responsibility of the HOA and any personal work you would like to hire him to do for you. TEXT THE MAINTENANCE LINE. 405-868-7385. We are going to arrange for the scheduling of this work for him.
Remember, each owner is responsible for the routine care of their deck, fence and gate. Many of us need to have these structures power washed and treated with a product that will help to protect them from water and the weather. Branden can repair these structures, but we as owners will have to pay him.
We are beginning the task of finishing the painting of ENTIRE BUILDINGS! Up until now, we have been painting the worst surface of each condo. When it is your buildings turn, you will need to arrange for the removal of all furniture, flowerpots etc. from your porch and deck areas. For those of you who can, please consider helping your neighbors. If you need Branden to do it for you, you will need to pay him as this service is not part of his painting/siding arrangement with the HOA.
Swimming Pool
PLEASE be conscientious about locking the pool gates whenever you are the last one to leave the pool. This is a huge safety and liability issue for Copperchase. Also, umbrellas are to be closed to protect them from wind.
Safety Committee
The new gate installations have been completed. This includes the keypad and screen, the gears, motors and their protective boxes as well as the change to cellular service.
Common Courtesy
There is no other way to say this but THANK YOU to those of you who clean up your dog’s POOP. To the few of you who do not, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE carry a bag with you and pick it up!! None of our green spaces are meant for dog poop. If any of you are letting your dog out to go relieve themselves unattended, that’s a huge breach of “House Rules.”
Yard of the Month - July 2024

Yard of the Month for June 2024 was award to Jan Schaff.
Winners receive an $25.00 Home Depot gift card and a sign is placed in their yard for one month. They will also choose next month's winner.
A word from the Board
The manila envelopes of information that have been given to owners/residents are meant to be put in a 3-ring binder. These documents contain the most used information from the Declaration/Bylaws as well as House Rules and other helpful information. Certain pages such as the information on dues or names of the present Board are updated as needed.

Message from PSI
Hello Copperchase family,
Since we switched over to the cell service to save money on the monthly expenses...we may have some residents that are having issues getting the gate to open from their phone. The land line "tones" are different from the cell phone tones and some connections are sensitive unfortunately.
(1) We need to ensure that everyone has their phone updated with the gate number to identify the number when it rings. The new gate phone number is: 405-208-9651
(2) If anyone is still having trouble, I recommend that they review these documents that may or may not help resolving some incidental issues.
