The Copperchase website is filled with important information for residents and potential owners. You can find the complete controlling documents. These include the Declaration/Bylaws and the House Rules. Information regarding HOA dues is available. This includes the amount of our dues and how/when they are to be paid. A list of what our dues cover each month is also available. There is also a list of vetted repairmen in the Redbook/House Rules. There are digital copies of the Copperchase Newsletter with updates of “what’s goin’ on” in our community that have been kept for reference purposes. https://copperchaseokc.net

- Repairs to Common Elements that are HOA responsibilities.
- Owner paid requests that have been made for Branden to do.
- Streetlights in phase II need to have fuses and bulbs checked.
- ONG to replace light bulb in one of their fixtures on the Northside of community.
$$$ Saved
Here are areas where we have been able to lower operating costs in the past 4 yrs.
- Getting rid of 2 landline phone services: $600.00+ per month. This includes the Maintenance Line and the Security Gates
- Getting rid of the eyesores of the Dumpster and Conex services: $214.00 per month.
- Dealing with the City of OKC to get our tree limbs picked-up through “Big Trash” as we are entitled: Average savings of $300.00 per month. (We are very aware that a pick-up error caused some problems this Summer. It is being dealt with.)
