Presidents Corner
Round 2 from Last Fall’s Hailstorm Claim. The claim from last year’s hailstorm included more than just replacing the roof. Paint/Siding and gutters are next on the list of repairs. Currently members of the board are getting quotes from reputable companies. The Board is also looking at getting major potholes repaired. Due to costs, not all can be done this year, but plans are to make pothole repair a permanent part of the budget. This fall looks like a busy one.
September 7th is the next HOA Owners meeting*. Your board will present updates, you will be able to ask questions etc. Come and learn more about the HOA updates and enjoy getting to know your neighbors. Light refreshments will be available. Tentative time is 2:30 pm.

LOSS ASSESSMENT INSURANCE!
Please, if you have not already checked with your insurance company find out what your Loss Assessment coverage is. $25,000 to $50,000 is good coverage. This part of your insurance will cover exterior damage not covered by HOA exterior insurance. It will become an owner expense if they do not have adequate loss assessment coverage. It is not that expensive and worth being sure you are adequately covered.
Sprinkler System
The systems within Copperchase will need to be revamped/replaced as there are numerous issues. If you wish to volunteer to help with hand watering, please contact us via copperchaseokc@gmail.com
While the board is always willing to hear from owners we cannot always be everywhere. If you see an issue please send email to copperchaseokc@gmail.com. The board will investigate what the issue might be and see if we can remedy it.
Thank you, Volunteers! Copperchase is community of volunteers, and we would not have such a lovely place to live without them. Some of the things they do are weeding, picking up trash, and doing many things anonymously. Thank you, all!
The Poop Patrol: It is a privilege to have a pet at Copperchase. We would appreciate it if you would please pick up any waste from your dog, please!
We encourage you to go to https://app.payHOA.com to make requests for maintenance. Please keep in mind Branden is one person who is trying to satisfy the entire community. The president of our HOA is working with Branden to get things done that need to be that are truly HOA maintenance. Check in the documents for the HOA as to what is owner responsibility and what is HOA's responsibility.
