- The Clubhouse is available to all residents for any event. A deposit of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) will be required if the event guests are from outside the Copperchase community. However, if the event is limited to Copperchase residents only, no deposit is required.
- The resident must reserve the Clubhouse prior to the event with the Hospitality Committee. Reservations must be made as far in advance as possible as it will be reserved on a first-come basis. The resident must pick up the key prior to the event and must remain at the event through its entirety.
- The refundable deposit (cash or personal check) will be held until the key is returned and a Clubhouse inspection is made.
- The inspection will be made the following day by 12:00 p.m. by one Clubhouse Committee member and one Board of Directors member. The Clubhouse is to be left as clean as it was found (i.e. trash emptied and removed to one of the two outside push carts, countertops and kitchen cleaned, carpet vacuumed and floor mopped if needed, restrooms cleaned and the grounds outside the Clubhouse left tidy). The Clubhouse should be left ready for the next function to begin.
- Any damages, cleaning costs, or rule violation fine will be deducted from the deposit.
- The Clubhouse is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, disposal, dishwasher, oven, and stove. All of these items are in proper working condition. It is also fully furnished with dishes, glassware, silverware, card tables, and chairs. You may use these items during your event, as long as they are cleaned and cared for properly and returned to the proper places.
- Disposal – Do not pour grease down the disposal or any sink drain and do not grind fibrous materials like corn husks, celery, bones, etc. Please use with continuous running water and with caution.
- Please do not use thumbtacks or any form of adhesive tape on the walls or wood trim.
- There is absolutely NO SMOKING ALLOWED in the Clubhouse.
- GAMBLING IS PROHIBITED in the Clubhouse and all Common Elements.
- No pets are permitted in the Clubhouse at any time.
- The Clubhouse is equipped with a smoke detector and fire extinguisher. The Oklahoma City Fire Marshall recommends maximum occupancy of forty (40) guests, so if your event exceeds this amount, you need to schedule your event during an appropriate season to use the deck outside for overflow guests.
- If the police are called during your event on a disturbance complaint, they have the right to ask you to leave and close the Clubhouse.
- Guests must not park along the curbs painted red, as these are Fire Lanes and violators are subject to towing.
- The Clubhouse must be secured and all guests gone prior to 11:00 p.m. unless prior approval by the Board has been obtained and cleaning completed by 12:00 p.m. the following day.
- We ask that you remind your guests that upon leaving the event they keep the noise level down in consideration of the other residents within the complex.
- The pool cannot be reserved exclusively for your event. If your event includes use of the pool, all Swimming Pool Rules will be in effect. Please be considerate of the other pool users not affiliated with your event.
To Reserve the Clubhouse, email copperchaseokc@gmail.com or create a General Questions and Concerns request in the PAYhoa app.
Note: The clubhouse can comfortably accommodate seating for twenty-four (24) people for dinner, luncheon, card games, etc. using four (4) square 33” x 33” folding card tables and the existing dining table, which seats eight.
