- After checking the liability of Copperchase H.O.A. with regards to the use of the pool by grandchildren and house sitters, we are going to try the following: Grandchildren of Copperchase owners may be supervised at the pool without the owner being in attendance. The grandchildren are to be supervised by one or both of their parents. However, an older sibling may not substitute for a parent to supervise young children.
An adult who is house sitting for a Copperchase owner may use the Copperchase pool. Please contact the Copperchase H.O.A. by calling the Maintenance line to let us know who will be staying in your home. Make sure your house sitter knows the pool rules. A quiet guest or two is allowed, but no parties are allowed.
