The homeowner dues and water assessments are due and payable on the first day of the month and are late after the 25th at which time 1.25% late charge will be assessed on the unpaid balance. The Association may file a lien against the unit, and continued delinquent dues will be turned over for collection, which will result in the additional assessment of interest, costs and attorney fees.
All checks are to be made payable to: COPPERCHASE CONDOMINIUM OWNERS' ASSOCIATION. Dues should be mailed to the above address or dropped into the dues box located by the mailboxes.
