December HOA Meeting

The Annual Meeting of the Copperchase HOA will be held on Monday, December 9th in the clubhouse.  The meeting will be a “come and go” meeting to allow for maximum owner participation.  The meeting will convene at 2:00 pm and adjourn at 7:00 pm.  The main order of business will be the election of the Board of Directors for 2025.  The following owners have volunteered to serve in 2025:  Shelley Almgren, Carla Dean, Paula Denner, Tammera Honer and Betsy Sayles.

ALOHA COPPERCHASE

The Summer meeting of the Copperchase H.O.A. will be held on Sunday, June 9th at 6:30 P.M.  We will meet on the tennis court.  Please bring your own beverage and a lawn chair.  Extra chairs will be available if you need one.

Who says you can’t mix business with pleasure?

Some of our owners have entered the SPAM COOK-OFF with their recipes for this great delicacy. After all, it is the STATE MEAT OF HAWAII!!!

During our short business meeting, you will get to sample these rare and delicious treats and then vote for your favorite.

A word from the Board

Please take time to go over the information that has been given to you. The documents in the manila envelopes are from the Declaration, Bylaws and House Rules. They are the most frequently needed of the HOA controlling docs and will answer most of your questions.
