The Annual Meeting of the Copperchase HOA will be held on Monday, December 9th in the clubhouse. The meeting will be a “come and go” meeting to allow for maximum owner participation. The meeting will convene at 2:00 pm and adjourn at 7:00 pm. The main order of business will be the election of the Board of Directors for 2025. The following owners have volunteered to serve in 2025: Shelley Almgren, Carla Dean, Paula Denner, Tammera Honer and Betsy Sayles.
Here are the procedures for voting.
September's Yard of the Month goes to Suzanne E Robbins, unit 176.
Winners receive an $25.00 Home Depot gift card and a sign is placed in their yard for one month. They will also choose next month's winner.
