I have received several emails recently from owners with questions about PAYhoa including concerns about not having an account, how to log in, or confusion with ACH payments. I would like to take a moment to clarify a few key points and correct some common misconceptions. What is PAYhoa?
Previously scheduled for September 7th, the September 2025 Quarterly HOA Meeting will be held September 21st at 6:30.

Round 2 from Last Fall’s Hailstorm Claim. The claim from last year’s hailstorm included more than just replacing the roof. Paint/Siding and gutters are next on the list of repairs. Currently members of the board are getting quotes from reputable companies.
Pool will be closing for the season.

We are happy to share that the roofing project at Copperchase is now complete! 10 months after the initial claim and three months of on-site work, all roofs have been replaced. Most units also received new skylights.
