Personal Outdoor Amenities

The Board conferred with our insurance agent about the safety of certain outdoor amenities. As long as they are:

  1. Installed and used according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  2. *In some cases, have Architectural Control permission.
  3. *In some cases, have been professionally installed.
  4. Do not become a nuisance to neighbors.

The following amenities are appropriate for our community:

  1. Gas grills with an adult present.
  2. Charcoal grills used out of close proximity to wooden structures such as decks, fences and siding.
  3. Chimeneas that are no longer burning when an adult is not present.
  4. *Hot tubs.
  5. *Outdoor heaters
  6. Gas firepits positioned away from the siding and used with an adult present
  7. WOOD BURNING FIREPITS AND TURKEY FRYERS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
